I accept no returns to buyers outside of the  USA. Parcels over 4 pounds ship via Priority Mail International and have some loss indemnity at no charge. If you want full insurance please ask me to quote it.  For orders under 4 pounds I can ship via First Class Mail International if you made that request through the ebay mail system, however, whereas this class of mailing is usually far less than Priority Mail, this service does not allow tracking nor insurance. Therefore, an element of risk is involved using First Class mailing. Water transfer deals are the original decal used on classic bicycles.  They are easy to use and when applying them you can move the decal in place for a perfect alignment.  They are strong durable and they give the bicycle an original looking appearance.  Water transfer decals are the accepted method of restoration and bicycles can be displayed and entered into bicycle shows for judging.  On the other hand vinyl peel and stick decals have none of the aesthetics that water transfer decals do.  They are difficult to apply and don’t reposition easy once you let them touch the metal.  If you pull on them they stretch easy and that ruins the evenness of the color.  Any funky sign shop can make vinyl decals and the range of quality is not easy to control.  You just don’t know what you are going to get till it is too late.  My water transfer decals come through a rigid quality control process and are professionally silk screened like the originals.  It cost a lot more to manufacture but the results are very noticeable. Vinyl decals are temperature sensitive and over time will peel right back off.  Water transfer decals have proven by the test of time to be the most durable decal you can use.

Schwinn for the most part silk screened the graphics on to the frames. But, they also sold replacement decals to those who needed to repaint their frames and wanted a Schwinn Approved set of graphics. My decals are exact reproductions of the Schwinn decals. They are made from new old stock decals and every decal proof is SCHWINN APPROVED. They may not be 100% exact as the silk screen on your bike but will be very close and will display just like the originals.
